Program Overview

12-Week Format

  • In week one, we’ll begin with a gentle but comprehensive exploration of what truly matters to you. Together, we’ll clarify your core values and uncover what makes life feel meaningful, beautiful, and aligned.

    You’ll define what authentic integrative wellness means in your own terms — mind, body, heart, and spirit — and identify the deeper “why” that will guide every action you take moving forward.

  • In week two, we’ll explore what’s contributing to your chronic stress and how it may be showing up in your daily life. Together, we’ll look beneath the surface to identify stressors you may not have noticed — across all four systems of your integrative wellbeing: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.

    You’ll also reflect on your current relationship with rest — how you restore, recharge, and allow yourself to slow down.

    This session clarifies the “what” behind your experience, creating awareness that will shape the next steps of your action plan.

  • In week three, we’ll take a holistic look at your physical and emotional wellbeing — exploring how you care for your body, honour your emotions, and meet your needs in both areas.

    Together, we’ll identify which needs are being met and which may be asking for more attention, nourishment, or change. We’ll look at your current habits and patterns through a lens of curiosity rather than criticism, noticing where more balance, vitality, or joy could naturally emerge.

  • In week four, we’ll take a holistic look at your mental and spiritual wellbeing — exploring how you engage your mind, nurture your beliefs, and connect to something greater than yourself.

    Together, we’ll identify which needs are being met and which may be asking for more space, clarity, or care. We’ll look at your mental patterns through a lens of curiosity, uncovering limiting beliefs that may be keeping you stuck, and explore how your thoughts can become a source of calm and confidence rather than pressure.

    You’ll also complete a career or vocation audit (if applicable) and an authenticity and self-expression exercise to help you reconnect with your purpose and sense of inner truth.

  • In week six, we’ll explore the beliefs and inner narratives that shape how you see yourself and your life. Together, we’ll identify the limiting patterns or thought loops that may be keeping you stuck, and begin transforming them into perspectives that support clarity, confidence, and calm.

    This session is about strengthening your mindset from the inside out — not through force or perfectionism, but through awareness, compassion, and choice. You’ll leave with practical tools and reframes to help you meet challenges with steadiness and self-trust.

  • In week seven, we’ll focus on reframing the challenges and patterns that once felt limiting, seeing them instead as opportunities for clarity and growth. Together, we’ll continue to strengthen the mindset foundations you’ve built, anchoring in new perspectives that support resilience, curiosity, and aligned action.

    This session is about shifting from reaction to response — transforming obstacles into insight and creating the inner steadiness needed to move forward with confidence and grace.

  • In week ten, we’ll bring everything together to create your personalized action plan for the year ahead. This plan will be rooted in the insights you’ve gained from weeks one through six and shaped around your personal goals, values, and vision for fulfilment.

    Together, we’ll map out intentional next steps and supportive habits that feel aligned — not overwhelming. You’ll also receive your custom coaching board, complete with personalized tools, practices, and resources designed to sustain your growth long after our work together.

    This session clarifies the “how” — translating insight into aligned action and giving you a clear, compassionate roadmap for your next chapter.

  • In our final session, we’ll bring everything full circle and create your Integrative Self-Care Kit — a personalized toolkit to help you protect and nurture your wellbeing long after the program ends. This will be your resource for staying grounded, aligned, and connected to what truly matters.

    We’ll also revisit your Action Plan from the previous week, making space to refine and adjust anything that no longer feels in rhythm.

    As we close, we’ll explore options for continued support and ensure you leave feeling confident, resourced, and ready to move forward with clarity, ease, and a renewed sense of fulfilment.

2-Day Intensive Format

  • On Day Two, we’ll move through the final stages of the program — bringing together the insights, tools, and practices from Weeks 6–12. This immersive five-hour session offers time to pause, reflect, and connect the dots between awareness and action.

    You’ll have a one-hour mid-session break to rest, restore, and integrate before completing your journey feeling clear, grounded, and ready to carry your fulfilment plan forward.

  • On Day Two, we’ll complete the final four modules of the program in a second immersive session—with a one-hour break midway to rest, reflect, and recharge.

    You’ll be guided through:

I know what it’s like to chase big dreams—and burn out building them. I launched my dream design business over a decade ago, only to find myself exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from the joy that started it all. On the outside, everything looked successful. Inside, I was running on empty.

That experience became my turning point. Before I could rebuild, I had to do the hardest work of all—healing myself. Over time, I trained, studied, and experimented with what true integrative wellbeing means: mind, body, heart, and spirit working together in alignment.

  • If you're feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start, my signature program offers the most comprehensive approach to help you unpack what’s going on and take steps towards meaningful change.

    If you’ve identified a specific area where you feel blocked—whether through personal introspection, work with another health practitioner or other modalities—a deep dive session could be a great option for you.

    Deep dive sessions or an ongoing weekly or monthly package are excellent additions to my signature program, providing continued support and accountability.

  • The standard amount of time is 8 weeks.

    Ideally, we would jump on a consistent call once a week for 8 weeks in a row.

    I understand that life happens, vacations may be booked, or exceptionally busy weeks come out of nowhere.

    It’s no problem to accommodate these circumstances, so the program may take a few extra weeks to complete.

    ou may decide that an intensive 2-day format is the pace for you.

    If you’re craving focused momentum or need to work around a full schedule, we can condense the program into two immersive days—perfect for a reset, a breakthrough, or a deep-dive experience.

    Whether you choose to spread it out or dive right in, we’ll co-create a rhythm that supports your energy, your lifestyle, and your goals.

  • Yes!

    For my signature program, you can pay in full or split the payment into 2, 4 or 8 increments.

    For my weekly and monthly offerings, you can choose to pay monthly or bi-monthly if you wish.

    The payment plan you choose will be sent to you with dates for clarity before you make your first payment.

  • Payments can be made online and we accept:

  • Participating in Burn Bright only requires one hour a week.
    There’s no homework outside of our sessions—just one dedicated hour to focus fully on you.

    At the end of the program, you’ll walk away with a custom action plan tailored to your life, energy, and schedule.

    I’ll guide you to make small, consistent changes that lead to meaningful, lasting results.
    My programs are designed to reduce your stress—not add to it.

    Let’s be real: if you spend more than an hour a week scrolling social media, you have time for this.

    Pressed for time?
    You might prefer the intensive format: two focused half-days (4 hours each), and you’re done. You choose the dates and times that work best for you.

  • The best thing to do is book a discovery call with me to start your journey.

    On that call, I can explain the program in detail and answer any questions you may have.

    My top priority on this call is to help you decide if one of my offerings is a good fit.

    If there isn’t a good fit, that’s completely okay! You will never feel pressure from me to sign up for something that doesn’t make sense for you.

  • Our coaching calls will take place online via Google Meet and will last for ~55 minutes.

    This ensures that both of us can transition to our next block of the day with a short break in between.

    If it’s a call that’s part of my signature program, it will follow the schedule outlined here.

    If it’s a deep dive call, I will come prepared to help you with the topic specified in your intake form.

    Ongoing weekly or monthly calls will be structured around previously identified areas of focus.

    In the call you can expect a mix of powerful questions, check-ins, exercises and support.

    There will often be follow up email support based on our call.

  • Yes. A free discovery session is the first step in starting my signature program or ongoing coaching packages.

    You are also more than welcome to book a discovery call before booking a deep dive session and it’s highly encouraged to maximize your results.

  • Yes! If you decide after the first session that my signature program is not for you, I will refund you in full, no questions asked.
