Meet Bryony
I know what it’s like to chase big dreams — and burn out building them.
More than a decade ago, I launched my dream interior design business. On the outside, it looked like success. Inside, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from the joy that had started it all. I had built a life that looked beautiful — but it didn’t feel that way.
That experience became my turning point. Before I could rebuild, I had to do the hardest work of all: looking inward.
Over time, I trained, studied, and began to embody what I now teach — integrative wellbeing, where mind, body, heart, and spirit work together in alignment.
Slow Burn was born from that journey: a space to help others rediscover their rhythm, restore their energy, and redefine success on their own terms.
Today, I work with changemaking creatives, heartfelt leaders and ambitious world-builders — those who wake up each day asking how they can make the world a better place, in both big and small ways.
This is your invitation to lead, create, and thrive from a place of true alignment.
Everyone has unique gifts, experiences and energy to offer the world.
My work is about helping you expand your capacity to enjoy the journey — to live fully, love deeply, and make meaningful use of your precious time on earth.
I believe we’re not meant to do this alone. In connection and community, we thrive.
Coaching offers a dedicated space to be supported in your growth — a place to return to yourself, step into your fullest potential, and live with authenticity, purpose, and impact.

Coaching FAQ
-
My approach to coaching is integrative, personalized, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change starts with understanding yourself more deeply. Our sessions create space to step outside the momentum of everyday life, reflect on what’s really going on, and turn those insights into intentional action.
Fulfilment Audits are focused 90-minute sessions held online via Google Meet.
Together, we’ll take a guided look at the key areas of your life to understand what feels fulfilling, what feels out of alignment, and where you’re ready for change. We’ll clarify your values and priorities, explore what authentic success and holistic wellbeing look like for you, and translate those insights into values-based goals.
You’ll leave with greater clarity around what matters most, where you want to focus your energy, and actionable next steps for moving forward.
Burn Bright is my signature coaching program for those ready to go deeper and create meaningful, sustainable change across their lives.
Through a structured series of coaching sessions, we’ll explore your fulfilment, values, priorities, beliefs, habits, strengths, and vision for your life. Using guided reflection, integrative audits, mindset inquiry, and values-based goal setting, we’ll turn what you uncover into a personalized action plan designed around the life you actually want to live.
You’ll also receive a private online coaching board to house your exercises, reflections, insights, goals, and action plan, along with ongoing accountability and support as you begin putting what you’ve learned into practice.
Ongoing coaching offers personalized support for clients who want to continue the work beyond a Fulfilment Audit or Burn Bright.
Sessions can be scheduled weekly or monthly depending on the level of support you’re looking for. Rather than following a set curriculum, each session meets you where you are. You can bring a current challenge, decision, transition, goal, limiting belief, or simply something you’d like space to explore.
Through inquiry, compassionate reframing, values alignment, and intentional action, we’ll work together to deepen your self-awareness, navigate what’s getting in the way, and identify meaningful next steps.
Ongoing clients also receive access to a private online coaching board where we can capture reflections, exercises, insights, and action plans — creating a central place to return to throughout our work together.

Coaches come from a wide range of educational and professional backgrounds. Because the field is less formally regulated, coaching allows for more diversity in approach, training, and methodology. Coaching is generally forward-focused — helping you clarify values, identify patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and take aligned action toward your goals.
Both therapy and coaching share a common intention: to support you with compassion, presence, and non-judgment as you enhance your overall wellbeing. The key difference lies in scope, focus, and methodology.
If you are navigating complex mental health challenges, trauma, or prefer a clinically grounded approach, working with a psychiatrist or therapist may be the most supportive path. Coaching, on the other hand, is ideal if you are seeking clarity, accountability, and support in taking meaningful, values-aligned action toward growth and change.
Personally, I believe the two can complement each other beautifully. A therapist can provide a wise, non-judgmental space to process thoughts, feelings, and past experiences. A coach can help you work through present-day blocks, reframe limiting beliefs, and take aligned, values-based action — creating momentum and forward movement.
I invite you to book a complimentary discovery call to explore whether coaching is the best fit for your current goals and circumstances. I am always transparent about my scope of practice and will gladly refer you to trusted therapists when therapeutic support would better serve your needs.
-
It’s completely natural to wonder if coaching is the right fit — the best way to find out is through honest reflection and conversation.
Start by asking yourself:
Am I ready to take an active role in creating change in my life?
Do I feel curious about my patterns, values, and purpose — and open to seeing things in new ways?
Am I craving more clarity, confidence, or direction?
Do I want compassionate accountability to help me follow through on what matters most?
Would I benefit from a space that helps me reconnect with myself and my inner wisdom?
If you answered “yes” to any of these, coaching may be a meaningful next step.
Coaching is best suited for those who are ready to grow — not because something is “wrong,” but because they feel called toward what’s next. It supports people seeking greater clarity, alignment, and guidance as they move from awareness into intentional action.
The best way to know for sure is to book a complimentary discovery call. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we’ll explore your goals, challenges, and the kind of support that would serve you best. You’ll get a sense of my approach, and we’ll both be able to feel whether it’s the right fit.
My priority is that you feel safe, seen, and supported — whether that’s through working together or being gently directed toward a different form of support that better meets your needs at this time.
-
The discovery session is a relaxed 30-minute conversation held online via Google Meet. It’s an opportunity for us to connect, explore what’s currently unfolding in your life, and clarify what you’re hoping to experience or create through coaching.
During this session, I’ll ask a few thoughtful questions to better understand your goals, challenges, and the kind of support you’re seeking. You’ll also have space to ask any questions about my approach, methods, and what working together would look like.
There’s no pressure or obligation — the intention is simply to see if we’re aligned and whether coaching feels like the right fit for you at this time.
By the end of our conversation, you’ll have greater clarity about your next steps — whether that’s beginning coaching, exploring another form of support, or simply leaving with new insights to reflect on.
-
All coaching sessions take place online via Google Meet (video call), allowing you to join from the comfort of your own space — wherever you are in the world.
You’ll receive a private meeting link in your confirmation email, and there’s no need to download anything if you’re joining from a browser. Many clients like to create a calm environment for their sessions — lighting a candle, making tea, or finding a quiet spot to reflect.
This format makes it easy to stay consistent and supported, whether you’re at home, travelling, or taking a break at work.
-
That depends on your goals, timeline, and the level of support you’re looking for.
Some clients prefer weekly sessions to build momentum and stay accountable as they move through significant life transitions or deeper personal growth work. Others choose monthly sessions to allow more space for reflection, integration, and real-life application between calls.
If you’re joining the Burn Bright program, the session rhythm will be clearly outlined in the program details. Otherwise, we’ll determine a cadence that feels supportive and sustainable for you during our discovery call.
Growth looks different for everyone — what matters most is consistency, readiness, and a pace that honours your energy and capacity.
-
Yes. I never want financial circumstances to be a barrier to receiving support. I’m always open to discussing flexible payment options and finding a way of working together that honours both your goals and your financial wellbeing.
My priority is that you feel empowered, supported, and secure in your investment — not stressed by it.
-
That’s completely okay — many of my clients begin their very first coaching experience here. You don’t need to have anything “figured out” before we start. All that’s required is a willingness to be curious, honest, and open to growth.
In each session, I’ll guide you through the process step by step. We’ll build clarity and insight together, then translate what we uncover into simple, aligned actions that feel supportive and achievable.
You’re welcome to move at your own pace and ask questions at any time. You can trust that you’ll be held in a grounded, supportive space throughout the process. Coaching is a partnership — you don’t have to do this alone.
-
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out — in fact, that’s often where coaching begins. Many clients come to me feeling unclear about what’s next, but simply knowing they’re ready for change, clarity, or a deeper sense of alignment.
In our discovery call, we’ll gently explore what has been feeling heavy, misaligned, or unfulfilling, and begin to uncover what you most want to experience instead. My role is to help you find clarity through conversation — not to expect you to have all the answers before you begin.
Together, we’ll identify a thoughtful starting point, create focus, and move at a pace that feels grounded and supportive. Sometimes, the first step is simply giving yourself permission to begin.
-
Every coaching journey is unique — the results depend on your goals, your readiness for change, and your commitment to the process. What you can always expect is a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore what matters most to you, along with encouragement to take aligned action toward it.
Clients often describe feeling:
Clearer about their values, priorities, and direction
More grounded and confident in their decision-making
Less overwhelmed, with healthier boundaries and sustainable habits
More connected to themselves and others
Motivated to follow through on what truly matters
A deeper sense of authentic fulfilment
Coaching isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about returning to yourself with greater clarity, compassion, and confidence in who you already are.
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
