More than a decade ago, I launched my dream design business. On the outside, it looked like success. Inside, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from the joy that started it all. I had built a life that looked beautiful — but it didn’t feel that way.

That experience became my turning point. Before I could rebuild, I had to do the hardest work of all — healing myself.

Over time, I trained, studied, and lived what I now teach: integrative wellbeing — mind, body, heart, and spirit working together in alignment.

  • What can I expect in a coaching session?

    All coaching sessions take place online via Google Meet (video call) and are 60–90 minutes, depending on the session type. Each session is designed to help you gain clarity, reconnect with your values, and take aligned action toward the life you want to create.

    Alignment Sessions
    In these sessions, we use my signature method to clarify your values, priorities, and patterns. Together, we identify what’s out of alignment and create a grounded plan to bring you back into balance and focus. You’ll leave with clear, actionable insights and receive three months of follow-up email check-ins for accountability and continued support.

    Deep Dives
    These sessions focus on a specific area of your wellbeing. Using my signature method, we explore the circumstances, beliefs, and actions that may be keeping you stuck — bringing awareness and compassion to your inner world. You’ll gain tools to shift your mindset and habits, along with three months of follow-up check-ins for ongoing support.

    Signature Program - Burn Bright
    This multi-session program follows a structured framework, with each session building on the last. Through guided reflection, exercises, and practical assignments, we’ll work to transform your holistic wellbeing and mindset. You’ll complete the program with a tangible six-month action plan and six months of email support for accountability and integration.

    Ongoing Coaching Packages
    These can be booked as weekly or monthly calls, depending on your goals and desired pace of growth. Each session is personalized — you can bring something new to explore or continue deepening work from previous sessions. Using my signature framework of awareness, reframe, compassion, grounding, values, and aligned action, we’ll work through limiting beliefs, challenges, and transitions together.

    All sessions are completely confidential. You are never obligated to discuss anything you’re not comfortable sharing — you can simply say “pass,” and we’ll move on to another area that feels right for you.

    Every client also receives a private online coaching board to review exercises, track progress, and access session notes — a space to stay organized, supported, and inspired throughout your journey.

  • Every therapist and coach brings a unique approach, skill set, and method to their work. While there’s overlap in the desire to help people grow and heal, there are important distinctions between the two.

    Therapy
    Therapists are trained and regulated mental health professionals. For example, a psychiatrist holds a PhD or MD and can diagnose and treat complex mental health disorders, prescribe medication, and develop treatment plans.
    A registered clinical counsellor typically has a master’s degree, a supervised practicum, and is accountable to a governing body that requires continuing education and regulated ethical practices.
    Therapy often focuses on understanding and healing the past, processing emotions, and building tools for emotional and psychological resilience.

    Coaching
    Coaches come from a wide range of educational and professional backgrounds. Because the field is less regulated, coaching allows for more diversity in approach, training, and methodology. Coaching is generally forward-focused — aimed at helping you clarify values, identify patterns, overcome limiting beliefs, and take aligned action toward your goals.

    Both therapy and coaching share the same intention: to support you with compassion, presence, and non-judgment, helping you improve your overall wellbeing. The difference lies in scope, focus, and methodology.
