I know what it’s like to chase big dreams — and burn out building them.

More than a decade ago, I launched my dream interior design business. On the outside, it looked like success. Inside, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from the joy that had started it all. I had built a life that looked beautiful — but it didn’t feel that way.

That experience became my turning point. Before I could rebuild, I had to do the hardest work of all: looking inward.

Over time, I trained, studied, and began to embody what I now teach — integrative wellbeing, where mind, body, heart, and spirit work together in alignment.

Slow Burn was born from that journey: a space to help others rediscover their rhythm, restore their energy, and redefine success on their own terms.

Today, I work with changemaking women — those who wake up each day asking how they can make the world a better place, in both big and small ways.

  • Alignment Sessions

    Alignment Sessions are 90 minutes and take place online via Google Meet (video call).

    These focused sessions use an integrative method to clarify your values, priorities, and define values-based goals. Together, we explore what authentic success truly means for you and create aligned intentions to restore clarity, direction, and energy. You’ll leave with clear, actionable insights, along with three months of follow-up email check-ins to support accountability and continued integration.

    The Burn Bright Program

    Burn Bright is my signature method, consisting of twelve structured coaching sessions supported by six months of accountability.

    Through guided reflection, integrative audits, mindset inquiry, and a sustainable action plan, we work to expand your capacity and realign your holistic wellbeing — mind, body, heart, and spirit.

    You’ll complete the program with a personalized action plan, a custom coaching board, and six months of ongoing email support to help you integrate insights, move through resistance, and sustain meaningful change.

    Ongoing Coaching

    Ongoing sessions can be scheduled weekly or monthly, depending on your goals and desired pace of growth. Each session is fully personalized — you may bring a current challenge, life transition, or area you’d like to deepen. Using my framework of inquiry, compassionate reframe, values alignment, and aligned action, we’ll work through limiting beliefs, navigate decisions, and support intentional next steps.

    Every client also receives access to a private online coaching board, where we house your exercises, reflections, insights, and action plans. This becomes your central hub for integration and growth — a space to stay organized, supported, and inspired throughout your journey and long after our work together concludes.
