8-Week Format:

  • In week one we will complete a comprehensive assessment of your values and determine what’s meaningful to you.

    In this audit you will define what authentic integrative wealth and wellness means to you.

    This session will inform the ‘Why’ for your action plan.

  • In week two we will complete a comprehensive assessment of what’s causing your chronic stress and the symptoms you may be experiencing as a result.

    In this audit you will consider stressors you may not have been aware of in all four systems of your integrative wellbeing - mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.

    We will also explore your relationship with rest in this session.

    This session will inform the ‘What’ for your action plan.

  • In week three we will complete a comprehensive assessment of your physical needs.

    • We’ll explore what needs are currently being met and what needs are not.

    • We’ll discuss your current physical habits to identify areas for improvement.

    This session will clarify the ‘What’ for your physical wellness action plan.

  • In week four we will complete a comprehensive assessment of your emotional needs.

    • We’ll explore what needs are currently being met and what needs are not.

    • We’ll discuss your current emotional habits to identify areas for improvement.

    • We’ll complete a priority exercise and joy audit.

    This session will clarify the ‘What’ for your emotional wellness action plan.

  • In week five we will complete a comprehensive assessment of your mental needs.

    • We’ll explore what needs are currently being met and what needs are not.

    • We’ll discuss your current mental habits to identify areas for improvement.

    • We’ll complete an exercise to uncover limiting beliefs and a career/vocation audit if applicable.

    This session will clarify the ‘What’ for your mental wellness action plan.

  • A comprehensive assessment of your spiritual needs.

    • We’ll explore what needs are currently being met and which are not.

    • We’ll discuss your current spiritual habits to identify areas for improvement.

    • We’ll complete an authenticity audit and self-expression exercise.

    This session will clarify the ‘What’ for your spiritual wellness action plan.

  • In this session we’ll build an action plan for the year ahead together.

    This action plan will be based on the insights gathered from weeks 1-6 and your personal goals.

    I will share your custom coaching board with you in this session, including the custom and standard tools and resources that are now available to you through this board.

    This session will clarify the ‘How’.

  • In this session we will build your integrative self-care kit together.

    This tool will help you become the fierce protector of your integrative wellbeing.

    We’ll also discuss how your action plan has landed with you from the previous week and make edits as necessary.

    As this will be your last session in the program, we’ll discuss options for continued support.

    My goal in this session is to help you feel confident and ready to begin your action plan towards authentic health, wealth + wisdom.

2-Day Intensive:

  • The standard amount of time is 8 weeks.

    Ideally, we would jump on a consistent call once a week for 8 weeks in a row.

    I understand that life happens, vacations may be booked, or exceptionally busy weeks come out of nowhere.

    It’s no problem to accommodate these circumstances, so the program may take a few extra weeks to complete.

    ou may decide that an intensive 2-day format is the pace for you.

    If you’re craving focused momentum or need to work around a full schedule, we can condense the program into two immersive days—perfect for a reset, a breakthrough, or a deep-dive experience.

    Pressed for time?
    You might prefer the intensive format: two focused half-days (4 hours each), and you’re done. You choose the dates and times that work best for you.

  • The best thing to do is book a discovery call with me to start your journey.

    On that call, I can explain the program in detail and answer any questions you may have.

    My top priority on this call is to help you decide if one of my offerings is a good fit.

    If there isn’t a good fit, that’s completely okay! You will never feel pressure from me to sign up for something that doesn’t make sense for you.

  • Our coaching calls will take place online via Google Meet and will last for ~55 minutes.

    This ensures that both of us can transition to our next block of the day with a short break in between.

    If it’s a call that’s part of my signature program, it will follow the schedule outlined here.

    If it’s a deep dive call, I will come prepared to help you with the topic specified in your intake form.

    Ongoing weekly or monthly calls will be structured around previously identified areas of focus.

    In the call you can expect a mix of powerful questions, check-ins, exercises and support.

    There will often be follow up email support based on our call.

    You are also more than welcome to book a discovery call before booking a deep dive session and it’s highly encouraged to maximize your results.

I launched my dream design business over a decade ago… and four years later, I burned it to the ground.

I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected from the joy I once felt in my work. On the outside, everything looked great. But inside, I was running on empty.

Before I could rebuild anything, I had to do the hardest work of all—healing myself.
