Winter is the perfect time for tea. I love having herbal tea in the evening after dinner and Chamomile has been one of my go-to teas for years. Once I researched the health benefits, I knew I had to share with all of you. Here are 5 reasons I drink chamomile tea to prevent and recover from burnout.

2. Can help control your blood sugar and help prevent diabetes - linked to mood
3. Can improve digestive health due to anti-inflammatory properties

Without our good health we can’t accomplish much. Burnout will shut down our bodies and our immune system (been there, done that), so It’s important that we support the vital systems of our body in order to burn slow, not out.
