The Slow Burn Retreat
An intentional pause to release, restore, and return to yourself
An Invitation to Unwind
Step into a slower rhythm—one that restores your mind, body, heart, and spirit. Held by the peaceful forest and supported by a kind, like-hearted community, you’ll be guided through restorative movement, meditation, spa rituals, and soulful workshops that create a rhythm of presence. Here, rest becomes sacred and stillness becomes a doorway to clarity.
Come exactly as you are—and leave deeply nourished.

Meet Your Guide, Bryony.
I’ve had the joy of leading nine Slow Burn retreats at Nectar over the past four years—and it truly is a magical place.
Holding space for guests to slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with themselves is my greatest honour. From that grounded place, I’ve witnessed transformation, healing, and so much joy. That’s the power of retreat—and I feel so lucky to do this work.
I’m a certified Integrative Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher, with specialty training in yin yoga and yoga nidra. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and rooted in the belief that when we create space for rest, so much more becomes possible.
