Day One

3:15 - 5:30 pm | Afternoon Mist Thermal Spa Sessions
2 groups of 4 will enjoy a 90-Minute session at Mist Thermal starting at 3:15 and 4:00pm. This will be the remainder of the group’s time to enjoy Mist.

3:00 - 4:00 pm | Afternoon Guided Forest Meditation // This will be the same offering as the morning for those who attended a Mist session in the morning.

6:15 -7:15 pm | Dinner + Dessert // Another wonderful vegetarian meal followed by dessert + tea.

7:30 – 8:00 pm | Ritual for Release // Together in the dome, we’ll gather by the fire to honour what you’re ready to release. Through gentle guidance and shared ritual, you’ll create space—for clarity, for peace, and for whatever comes next.

8:00 - 9:00 pm | RESTORE - Restorative Yin Yoga + Yoga Nidra for Relaxation // A gentle and restorative yin yoga practice with long hold poses using the support of props to aid in further relaxation, followed by a relaxing yoga nidra meditation.

9:00 pm | Unwind // Relax in the lodge, connect with other guests, hang out in the fire lounge, or wind down in your cabin. Prepare for a great night’s rest however you wish!

Day Two

8:30 - 9:30 am | CONNECT - Somatic Yoga Flow + Meditation for Connection // This yoga practice will be a gentle flow designed to connect your mind, body + spirit, followed by an energizing morning meditation.

9:45 - 10:30 am | Breakfast // A filling vegetarian breakfast served with coffee, juice and tea.

10:30 - 12:30 pm | Morning Mist Thermal Spa Sessions
3 groups of 4 will enjoy a 90-Minute session at Mist Thermal starting at 10:30, 10:45 and 11:00 am. Learn more about Mist Thermal Sanctuary here.

12:00 - 1:00 pm | Morning Guided Forest Meditation // Join me on the peaceful private trails of Nectar for a slow, mindful walk designed to bring you into the present moment. Through a gentle five-senses meditation, we’ll ground into nature, soften the nervous system, and tune in—fully and deeply—to the here and now. This walk will be for those who have an afternoon Mist Session.

1:00 - 2:00 pm | Lunch // A nourishing vegetarian lunch.

2:00 - 3:00 pm | Integrative Wellness Tools Workshop // In this session, you’ll explore simple, sustainable practices to manage daily stress and reconnect with joy, clarity, and balance—so you can feel more fulfilled from the inside out.

3:00 pm | Check-In // Settle into your rooms, get changed for your afternoon yoga practice and take a guided tour of the retreat centre.

3:45 pm | Group Orientation + Welcome Snack // An introduction from the Nectar team with snacks and drinks.

4:00 pm | Welcome Circle // Get to know me (Bryony) and the other guests on your retreat. Go over the details of the days ahead.

4:30 - 6:00 pm | MELT - Tension Release Yoga + Yoga Nidra Meditation // Feel-good movement that will release tension from every area of your body, followed by a relaxing yoga nidra meditation.

6:15 pm | Dinner + Dessert // A delicious vegetarian meal in the lodge followed by dessert + tea.

7:30 – 8:30 pm | Journalling Practice // Explore your current level of fulfilment and define your authentic version of success through guided journal prompts and discussion.

8:30 pm | Unwind // Relax in the lodge, connect with other guests, hang out in the fire lounge, or wind down in your cabin. Prepare for a great night’s rest however you wish!

Day Three

8:00 - 9:00 am | RENEW - Gentle Energy Flow + Meditation for Renewal // This yoga practice will be a gentle flow designed to energize your body, followed by a guided morning meditation for renewal.

9:00 - 9:30 am | Ritual for Renewal // In this closing ritual, we’ll gather to call in what you’re ready to embody. With intention-setting, soulful reflection, and the support of collective energy, you’ll step forward feeling renewed—aligned with the next version of you.

9:45 - 10:45 | Breakfast // A filling vegetarian breakfast served with coffee, juice and tea.

11:00 am | Check-Out // Meet at the Nectar Shop to check-out of your room.
