The Slow Burn Day Retreat
A Summer Day of Delight, Connection, and Ease
Nectar, Bowen Island | Sunday, July 26, 2026
Make Space for Joy This Summer on Bowen Island.
This is your invitation to savour a summer’s day — slowly, playfully, and with a little more ease.
Join us for a beautiful experience immersed in nature, creativity, movement, and meaningful connection. No overthinking. No striving. Just space to breathe, soften, explore, and enjoy being together.
Held at Nectar Yoga on Bowen Island, this retreat is designed to feel spacious, nourishing, and light. Throughout the day, we’ll move gently through moments of creativity, connection, intuitive movement, time outdoors, and quiet reflection — each element thoughtfully woven together to support a deeper connection with yourself, the season, and a beautiful group of like-hearted people.
