Joy Club is where you learn to create sustainable fulfilment from the inside out. A community for people who want to feel more alive in their daily lives.
Joy is not something that “just happens.” It’s something we practice — intentionally, consistently, and together.
Joy Club is an intimate women’s group led by Bryony, created to support each other in our active joy practices — planning for daily joy instead of passively hoping it will appear.
Reclaiming joy, especially in the midst of life’s challenges, is worthy and important work.
Let’s practice active joy together!
Two Ways to Connect
1. Online — Tuesdays, 8–9pm PST
A weekly virtual gathering led by Bryony, including a rotating mix of:
Seasonal joy practices.
Guided visualizations for clarity, grounding, and growth.
A community joy circle — share your wins, moments of delight, acts of kindness, and inspire others.
Reflective joy scheduling for the week ahead.
Guided journal prompts that help you explore joy and the barriers to it.
Every week is different, meaningful, and designed to support your sustainable fulfilment.
2. In-Person (Vancouver) — Sundays, ~ 9–11 am
A relaxed, no-pressure weekend ritual:
9:00 am — Meet at TurF Café (Kits) for coffee, brunch, and nourishing conversation.
~10:00 am — Walk down to Magnolia Flower Market to buy ourselves flowers.
I’m open to continuing the morning with walks down by the beach or hangs in the park. It all depends on the day, the weather, and the groups desires. This is very casual.
Show up whenever you can — no RSVPs, no expectations, no pressure.
How Joy Club Works
You do not need to attend every week. Come when you’re able.
This is a low-pressure community meant to support your joy, not add to your to-do list.
Bryony will keep an email list of members and will send a monthly note if she’s away. And even if she’s away, you’re encouraged to meet in person and continue the ritual.
Whether one woman shows up or twenty — the magic is in the showing up when you need it.
