Rekindle your spark in the peaceful sanctuary of Nectar on Bowen Island — an experience to pause, nourish, and reconnect with the abundance, joy, and vibrancy of your life.

Return to Joy

You’re invited to set down the pressure, the pace, and the noise of daily life. Here, surrounded by nature and held by a caring, like-hearted community, you’ll reconnect with the joy that lives beneath the surface of everything you do.

Through mindful movement, nourishing rituals, joyful workshops, and the simple beauty of spaciousness, you’ll rediscover your spark and gently rekindle the flame within — because joy doesn’t need to be chased, only remembered.

Meet Your Guide, Bryony.

I’ve had the privilege of leading twelve Slow Burn retreats at Nectar over the past four years — and it truly is a magical place.

Holding space for guests to slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with themselves is one of the greatest honours of my life. From that grounded place, I’ve witnessed transformation, healing, and so much joy. That’s the power of retreat — and I feel incredibly grateful to do this work.

I’m a certified Integrative Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher, with specialty training in yin yoga and yoga nidra. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and rooted in the belief that when we create space for rest, the clarity, alignment, and joy we’re seeking naturally rise to the surface.
